Easy Returns by Mail

All toys must be returned in new, unused and unopened condition. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase (60 days for holiday purchases made between November 1st and December 24th).

Follow these simple steps to return your purchase:

  1. Make a copy of the Packing Slip and fill out the information in the Return Section.
  2. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed packing slip.
  3. Contact Wild Planet Customer Service at help@wildplanet.com or 1-800-247-6570 to obtain a pre-paid FedEx return shipping label. If you choose to return at your own expense, please send all returns to the following address:

  4. Affix your return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
  5. Take the package to your nearest FedEx drop off location.

Once we have received and approved your return, we will issue a credit back to the original credit card used for payment (allow up to 7 business days after receipt of your return). The credit will be for the amount of the toy(s) returned including any promotional discounts and/or coupon codes. The credit will not include the original shipping charges.

Mamapedia Customers

If you purchased Wild Planet products using a Mamapedia Voucher from the May 2011 promotion, you will not be able to return product for either a refund or exchange.
