All orders are shipped via Fed Ex. You will have the option to select one of several shipping methods depending on when you need your order to arrive. Orders received prior to 12:00pm PST will ship same day. Orders received after 12:00 pm PST will be processed the following business day. This applies to all shipping methods. We cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes.
Orders are only delivered Monday - Friday. You will have the option of selecting one of the following 3 ship methods. Shipping times are as follows:
Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will ship via One-Day or Two-Day shipping.

You should receive a ship confirmation email once your order ships that includes your tracking information. You can track your shipments at Fed Ex (http://www.fedex.com/Tracking?cntry_code=us). It is possible that it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system.
For shipments to Alaska or Hawaii there will be an additional $20 handling fee.
No changes to shipping method can be made to an order once it has been submitted.
