Where We Ship (International Shipments)

All products have been manufactured to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations of the United States and Canada. Products are not guaranteed to comply with any other national or regional regulations. The receiver assumes liability for compliance with local regulations if shipped to any other country.

We value our international customers and ship to the countries listed below via Priority Airmail/Insured or Global Express. For time sensitive orders (birthdays. parties or holidays, etc) we recommend Global Express as it provides detailed tracking information and offers the fastest delivery time. For fastest order processing time, we recommend you select PayPal as the payment method for your order. For credit card orders, we must ship to the billing address and a signature will be required upon delivery.

If you order from US-based companies often, you can save on shipping costs by using a parcel forwarding service such as Bongo (www.bongous.com).

Shipping options/rates are determined by the total package weight and will be provided to you real-time during the checkout process.

Most Global Express packages are delivered within 7 business days but the actual delivery time is not guaranteed (delivery depends on customs and when they release the package). For Priority Airmail orders, please allow two weeks once you receive confirmation that your order has shipped. The majority of Airmail orders are delivered within 21 business days but the delivery date is not guaranteed. No tracking number is available for Priority Airmail shipments.

During the peak holiday season (late November and December) packages may take longer to arrive. If you do not receive your package within 30 days, contact Customer Service and we will file an insurance claim and ship you a replacement or issue a refund. A $2.60 USD insurance fee is automatically added to all International orders during checkout.

Customs Information: We put Toy Set - Gift for Child - NCV (No Commercial Value - Gift) as the declared value to avoid duty/tax. In the unlikely event your package is charged duty, you will be responsible for any charges collected at the time of delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship packages to Mexico because the United States Postal Service (USPS) does not offer insurance.
