HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTE!
During the month of December, we do not offer shipping via Air Mail, only via Global Express Mail as it provides detailed tracking information. Air Mail service will be available again in January. We recommend that you place all holiday orders no later than December 9th. We do not guarantee the delivery date for international packages so order at your own risk (the earlier the better for delivery by 12/24).
Did you know that many US-based online stores do not ship to international destinations? We value our international customers and ship to the following countries via Air Mail/Insured or Global Express.
IMPORTANT: We are unable to ship some of our products outside the US. Please read the product description to see if there are any shipping restrictions.
Shipping rates are determined by the total package weight and will be provided to you real-time during the checkout process.
If you need your order quickly or for the holidays, we recommend you select Global Express. Most Global Express packages are delivered within 5 business days but the actual delivery time is NOT GUARANTEED as it depends on customs. For Air Mail orders, please allow two weeks once you receive confirmation that your order has shipped. The majority of Air Mail orders are delivered within 10 business days. No tracking number is available. During the peak holiday season, packages may take longer to arrive. If you do not receive your package within 30 days, contact Customer Service and we will file an insurance claim and ship you a replacement or issue a refund. A $2.60 USD insurance fee is automatically added to all International orders during checkout.
We put NCV (No Commercial Value - Gift) as the declared value to avoid duty (tax). In the unlikely event your package is charged duty, you are responsible for any charges collected at the time of delivery.

If your country is not shown above, we are unable to ship to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship packages via Air Mail to Mexico because the United States Postal Service does not offer insurance. We will ship parcels to Mexico on a case by case basis via Global Express. Please contact us for assistance.
