Please take a few minutes to review our return policy. It contains important information in the event you wish to initiate a return.

If you received a defective toy, please contact Wild Planet Consumer Services directly at (800) 247-6570 Opt 4 or via the online form for assistance. Submitting your information online is recommended and will enable Consumer Services to better assist you with your problem.

If you would like to return all (or part) of your order, please ensure your return meets our return policy guidelines as stated below.

All toys must be returned in new, unused and unopened condition. Returns are not accepted on SPECIAL ORDER or LAST CHANCE toys.

You must request an RMA number online from Customer Service. Requests for an RMA number must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase (60 days for holiday purchases made from 11/1 to 12/24). An RMA number and return address will be provided to you via e-mail once your request has been approved. By issuing you an RMA number, we assume that your return meets our return policy guidelines. For faster processing of your return, please include a copy of the original packing slip with your return.

All toys must be returned to us at your own expense. We recommend that you use a shipper such as UPS that provides a tracking number and insurance. We must receive your return within 30 days from the date the RMA number was issued. Returns without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.

Once we have received and approved your return (allow 3 business days after receiving your return), we will issue a credit back to the original payment method. The credit will be for the amount of the toy(s) less any gift options, battery purchases, promotional discounts and/or coupon codes, kept/used toys and the original shipping charge.

If you return toys where you had selected our super saver shipping option (either the reduced rate of $4.95 or free shipping), the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount. If you paid $4.95, we will apply that amount towards the shipping cost.

If you ordered a toy that came with a "Free Toy with Purchase", the unopened/unused toy must also be returned or the current cost of the toy will be deducted from the refund amount.

The Wild Planet Toy Store does not price match. You may return unopened toys to us by following the steps outlined above.
