We offer you a variety of shipping options including Priority Mail, UPS Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day and Next Day Air. Most Super Saver orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
For guaranteed delivery by a particular date, you must select a UPS shipping option. Our guarantee applies to a refund of shipping costs only.
We do not recommend USPS Priority Mail for time sensitive shipments. There is no guarantee for Priority Mail shipments because the Postal Service does not offer one.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout by the package weight, ship to address and service level selected.
UPS
UPS packages are shipped and delivered on business days only (excludes weekends and holidays). UPS Ground Service is not available for shipments to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.
USPS - PRIORITY MAIL
Priority Mail packages are 'usually' delivered within 3-5 days (including Saturdays for residential customers) from the date of shipment. However, the United States Postal Service does not guarantee the actual delivery date and we've seen some parcels take up to 14 days from the date of shipment. For guaranteed delivery by a particular date, please select a UPS shipping option. Note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays so keep that in mind when placing your order.
HOW TO CALCULATE DELIVERY TIME
Express orders (UPS Next Day, 2-Day or 3-Day) ship by the next business day. Standard orders (UPS Ground, Priority Mail and International orders) ship within two business days. Super Saver orders ship within three business days.
