CARRIERS WE USE FOR US SHIPMENTS

We offer you a variety of shipping options including Priority Mail, UPS Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day and Next Day Air. We also offer a Super Saver shipping option which ships via the carrier of our choice.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TIME SENSITIVE ORDERS (birthdays, parties or holidays)

For guaranteed delivery by a particular date, you must select a UPS shipping option. We do not recommend Priority Mail for time sensitive shipments because there is no guaranteed delivery date. Priority Mail packages are usually scanned once at pick-up and then again upon delivery so you will be unable to monitor the location of the package while it is in transit. This is the reason the United States Postal Service calls it Delivery Confirmation.

Shipping rates and options available for your order will be displayed during the checkout process. Rates are calculated by the total package weight and ship to zip code

UPS - GROUND AND EXPRESS SERVICE OPTIONS

UPS shipments are trackable and are shipped and delivered on business days (excluding weekends and holidays). UPS service is not available for shipments to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.

USPS - FIRST CLASS AND PRIORITY MAIL

Priority Mail packages are 'usually' delivered within 2-6 days (including Saturdays for residential customers) from the date of shipment. However, the United States Postal Service does not guarantee the actual delivery date. For guaranteed delivery by a particular date, select a UPS shipping option during checkout. We do not ship on weekends or holidays so keep that in mind when placing an order.

HOW TO ESTIMATE DELIVERY TIME

We strive to ship express orders (UPS Next Day, 2-Day or 3-Day) the same business day providing the order is placed by 1 pm PST and is approved by our credit department. Standard orders (UPS Ground, Priority Mail and International orders) ship within two business days. We ship all orders as quickly as possible and most are shipped the same day or next business day. The actual shipment time depends on the volume of orders we receive. You will receive an e-mail from us with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours from the shipment notification e-mail for tracking information to be updated on the shippers web site.
