IMPORTANT HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION AND DEADLINES - AS OF 12/01/09

Please take a few minutes to review our Holiday shipping information and order deadlines. Please place your order early due to the extreme weather expected in many parts of the US this year.

We will be closed from 12/23 - 12/27 and 12/31 through 1/3. Orders placed after 2 pm PST on 12/22 and 12/30 will ship the following business day.

EXPRESS ORDERS (UPS 3-DAY SELECT, 2-DAY AIR and NEXT DAY AIR)

Rush orders (orders with UPS Next Day, 2-Day Air or 3-Day Select) ship the next business day (we do not ship on weekends or holidays). UPS deliveries are only made on business days (excluding weekends and holidays) so take that in consideration when placing a holiday order.

UPS 3-Day Select - Order must be placed by 2 pm PST Monday, December 21st
UPS 2-Day - Order must be placed by 2 pm PST Tuesday, December 22nd
UPS Next Day Air - Order must be placed by 4 pm PST Tuesday, December 22nd



STANDARD ORDERS (UPS GROUND AND PRIORITY MAIL)

Standard orders (orders with USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground) usually ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends. Priority Mail shipments ARE NOT guaranteed to arrive on a particular date and many times are not scanned until the package has been delivered. For time sensitive shipments, we recommend UPS because detailed tracking information is available while the package is in transit.

UPS Ground - Order must be placed by 2 pm PST Friday, December 18th.

There is no guaranteed delivery date for Priority Mail shipments regardless of the date the order was placed. The US Postal Service does not guarantee the date of delivery.



SUPER SAVER ORDERS (UPS)

Super Saver Shipping orders ship within 2 business days.

Super Saver orders must be placed by 2 pm PST December 16th.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Global Express is the only option available during the month of December and orders placed after December 1st may not make it in time (delivery time depends on customs). There is no guaranteed delivery date for Express shipments and shipments placed after this date should be placed at your own risk. We do not provide any refunds for Global Express shipping charges.


UPS MECHANICAL AND WEATHER DELAYS

We apologize in advance for UPS mechanical or weather delays. Once a package leaves our warehouse, we trust that UPS will deliver the package to you in the time stated. If you placed your order BEFORE the cutoff date/time stated above and your UPS package arrives late for a mechanical reason, you may refuse delivery of the package and we will issue you a full refund once we get the package back. For UPS weather-related delays, you may refuse the package but the original shipping charge will apply and will be deducted from the refund amount. UPS is not responsible for storm or weather delays.

Shipping charges will not be refunded for any Priority Mail shipments, regardless of the date the order was placed.

You will receive an e-mail message once your order has shipped. You can check your order status online via our online Order Status feature. This provides you with the latest information available concerning your order. If you have questions, you may contact us by clicking the Customer Service link at the top of the page. Please allow up to one business day for a response.
