shopwildplanet.com gift certificates are valid towards any purchase here in our online store (including shipping and sales tax). You will receive an e-mail message with a special code that you e-mail directly to the recipient. We can also mail a printed certificate to the recipient for a small fee. If you would like this option, be sure to specify a gift message during the checkout process. The message will be printed directly on the certificate.

Gift certificates never expire and are not redeemable for cash. Any remaining balance can be applied towards future orders. There is no shipping charge for electronic gift certificate orders. We only accept gift certificate orders from US customers. In addition, all orders are subject to credit approval and phone verification may be required. Be sure to include your daytime phone number when placing your order.

Once your order has been approved by our credit department (ususally in 1-2 business days), your electronic gift certificate code will be e-mailed to the billing e-mail address associated with the order. If for some reason you do not receive the e-mail, please contact Customer Service or use our online Order Status feature.

We offer the following gift options for birthday, holiday or special occasions:

Gift Wrap Service - (Most Toys)

$4.95 per toy - includes a bow (or ribbon) and a gift card. Paper selection depends on the occasion. For toy bundles, we offer discounted gift wrap ($6.95). All toys are wrapped separately unless otherwise stated. Oversized or bulky toys are subject to an additional charge.

Gift Card

$.95 per order. If you are ordering multiple toys for the same child, select the card option once.

If you would like a message included with your gift order, you'll be able to enter it during the checkout process. Your personal message will be printed on the card. You must select the card or gift wrap option for your message to be delivered with the gift.

Return Policy (Summarized Version)

All toys must be returned in new, unused and unopened condition. Returns are not accepted on LAST CHANCE! toys (toys in which the price ends in .77).

You must request an RMA number online from Customer Service. RMA numbers are not available via phone.. Requests for an RMA number must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase (60 days for holiday purchases made from 11/1 to 12/24). By issuing you an RMA number, we assume that your return meets the return policy guidelines. For faster processing of your return, please include a copy of the original packing slip with your return.

All toys must be returned to us at your own expense. We recommend that you use a carrier such as UPS that provides a tracking number and insurance as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. We must receive your return within 30 days from the date the RMA number was issued.
