Spy Video TRAKR vs. Spy Video ATV-360 and Spy Video Car

Wild Planet's Spy Video TRAKR replaces the Spy Video ATV-360 and Spy Video Car (which have been discontinued). The main difference between the new TRAKR and the earlier models is with the TRAKR the screen is color (instead of black and white) and embedded into the remote (which means no headset), plus - if you add your own SD Memory Card - you can record video and take photos with the TRAKR (not an option with the ATV-360 or Spy Video Car). Additionally, free apps can be downloaded onto the TRAKR or you can create your own apps for it (similar to how the iPhone app program works). This adds customizability to the TRAKR that the ATV and Spy Video Car didn't offer. The TRAKR transmits video digitally (instead of analog) and has a mic that allows you to record audio (your voice, music, etc.) onto the vehicle and play it by pushing a button on the remote.

Overview

The Spy Video TRAKR is the first programmable remote-controlled vehicle that digitally transmits color video, audio and data and enables users to create, download and share custom apps. Right out of the box, the Spy Video TRAKR comes pre-loaded with programs that let you see in the dark (Night Vision), memorize and retrace mission routes (Path Mapper) and have robotically-enhanced vision (Cyborg Vision). Add your own SD card and the TRAKR can record video and take pictures too!

The Spy Video TRAKR's 2.4GHz digital RF transmission sends live digital video and audio to a full-color LCD screen and speaker on its remote control, so you can see and hear what's going on wherever you drive the TRAKR.

Extra features include a USB cord, internal processor, SD Card slot, integrated speaker and microphone (equipping the vehicle to relay audio messages from afar with the push of a button), and online development kit (giving users the power to program). Gift Wrap Service - (Most Toys)

$4.95 per toy - includes a bow (or ribbon) and a gift card. Paper selection depends on the occasion. For toy bundles, we offer discounted gift wrap ($6.95). All toys are wrapped separately unless otherwise stated. Oversized or bulky toys are subject to an additional charge.

Gift Card

$.95 per order. If you are ordering multiple toys for the same child, select the card option once.

If you would like a message included with your gift order, you'll be able to enter it during the checkout process. Your personal message will be printed on the card. You must select the card or gift wrap option for your message to be delivered with the gift.

Return Policy (Summarized Version)

All toys must be returned in new, unused and unopened condition. Returns are not accepted on LAST CHANCE! toys (toys in which the price ends in .77).

You must request an RMA number online from Customer Service. RMA numbers are not available via phone.. Requests for an RMA number must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase (60 days for holiday purchases made from 11/1 to 12/24). By issuing you an RMA number, we assume that your return meets the return policy guidelines. For faster processing of your return, please include a copy of the original packing slip with your return.

All toys must be returned to us at your own expense. We recommend that you use a carrier such as UPS that provides a tracking number and insurance as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. We must receive your return within 30 days from the date the RMA number was issued.
