This is a great prouduct! It is it really easy to use and the software is easy to download. One bad thing is that you can not see the photos after you take them.To use it you press and hold the mode butten on the camera ontill it beeps. To take a photo, you press the remote buten in your poctet. This is a MUST BUY for any spy gear fan.
My 9 year old grandson has a fabulous time 'spying' on all and sundry in our home. Great fun.

My son was deligted with this product. He sneaks around the house taking our pictures "secretly" with his spy glasses on. The only problem we had with them was getting the pictures to come up with the software, but we eventually figured it out.

Agree with the other comment about it being a standard USB device that would work with a MAC. My son took off and took a bunch of pictures and then was very bummed we couldn't see them on the computer. That part is VERY disappointing, especially to my son.

This camera is great fun for what it costs. Picture quality isn't great (640x480) but chances are, if you got this, you're not planning to do professional photography with it. It's a fun little camera my brother can go around and play spy with. My only problem is the use of proprietary software that has to be installed. In a day of 'plug and play' it feels like a hassle to insert the disc and take thirty seconds to install the software.

Well, this thing is just a blast for my son. It's so great in design and implementation - however, the software that comes with it is Windows-Only, and that's a huge problem for us, as we don't have a Windows computer, we have to borrow one to download images. If there's another iteration of this device (and all the Spy Gear video stuff) it sure would be great if Wild Planet just used a USB Mass Storage Device USB class for the drivers, and, like a Pen Drive, made it a simple, removable storage device. The live webcam feature, which seems to be what needs the special drivers, is of minimal use to a mobile kid!
But other than the software issue, I'd say this thing is pretty neat and we have fun with it.
The camera takes print quality pictures. I really thought this would be another toy that ended up in the closet, or that the pictures would be blurred or fuzzy, but my son really enjoys playing with it and I look forward to downloading the pictures so I can see what he finds intresting, not always an easy task with a 9 year old.

there is no wire for downloading pictures, the camera makes no noise or indication of piture taking. So far junk. Any advise on downloading pictures?

I really need to tell parents that when this thing says that it's full, it says "[*]" I really think that somebody making this toy really should've thought hard before having this feature! Also, this product takes terrible pictures. I thought it was just my son, but I tried also. Pictures are not clear, and always very blurry. Yes, I did make sure that the lens was clean and clear. It's definitely the camera. This was the worst piece of junk that I have ever paid a lot of money for.

6 year old "spy" loves these glasses and feels lilke a real spy in them. That said, we haven't down loaded any of the pictures so I have no idea what the quality is like. He just loves the idea of it.
